Avoid Plutopets – Total Scam I had an extremely poor experience with Plutopets, USA. Despite sending numerous emails, I never received a response from their customer service team or General Manager. When I tried to cancel my subscription, I was told it could only be done through their website by logging into my account. Unfortunately, the cancellation process on the website did not work either.

After multiple failed attempts to contact them and cancel my subscription, the only way I could stop the charges was by blocking them through my credit card provider.

Based on my experience, this company appears completely untrustworthy. I would strongly recommend staying away and warning others before they sign up.
