level and time availability during the week. The chest strap is made from a soft fabric material - so is pretty comfortable and machine washable. The backlight on the watch is useful when you are out training early mornings or late nights. Great product for those wanting to track fitness progress and be accountable to training program. The wrist unit may look a bit big and bulky on skinny wrists. Battery replacement has to be sent away to Polar Service Centre for replacement to keep the warranty - more expensive and lengthier process.

burning and how much of that is fat. The watch also shows you how much time you spent exercising each week and how many calories you burnt. The chest strap is compatible with a lot of exercise equipment so if you're using gym equipment you can see your heartrate on the display and not have to look at the watch constantly. The alarm can be a little annoying.
