Very Uncomfortable – Seat becomes loose after 1 week and keeps loosening. Seat separates from panel covering pipe under cistern. Looks broken. Cannot tighten seat and square up panel, because nuts are too tight and warranty will be forfeited if I touch those screws. So seat keeps moving around and getting worse. Would not recommend.
Purchased in for $1,300.
After 12 months I had cause to remove one seat. I found it had been put on INCORRECTLY. I managed to fit it on correctly and guess what?? Yes it does not work itself loose. The company did not train it's "TECHNICIANS" sufficiently. I always thought they were plumbers. but not now, they are technicians. Maybe that is why the seat was incorrectly attached.
not recommended – plumber of 30 years.installed hundreds of toilets/never had any one call me back regarding poo won't flush properly and gets caught on the sides of pan..installed posh canterbury in my own renovation....poo won't flush properly and gets caught on the side of pan..ironic.yes.copping it off my wife.Yes..4 years installed and I'm gunna put a hammer thru it and change it........

Strange that a bathroom equipment company can't even source a PIPE – I bought a Posh Canterbury Toilet Suite on 27 April 2022 and was told that the connector pipe had supply problems and would need time to arrive from the overseas supplier. Fast forward to 26 June 2022: no pipe (same issue across Australia I am told) and no estimated time when it would be available. Can't install the toilet and will get a refund. But really surprised that Reece with its network of Bathroom Life outlets is incapable of organising a piece of PIPE!

John Wayne toilet bowl - won't take no .... from anyone – This large bowl is more like an American style toilet - which is the Hampton look we wanted. Only problem is, the American toilets actually have water in the bowl - this one doesn't even have water reach the top of the outlet, so unless you are an expert aim, you're in for a nasty life with this toilet. We're removing both of them asap! Reece said it meets their standards. I'd go with a Pit toilet before I'd buy this one again. Wish Reece knew what the toilets were like to use before they sold them, it would have saved me $2000. (includes installation).
