ignored it - so there the quite expensive item sat - growing - - then it rained while we were out - the grass and soil were wet and became very very heavy - after more than a week we cancelled any further orders however the sodden grass and very heavy soil needed to be moved to the green waste bin - it weighed a tonne! wet grass, sodden soil and the mud all over the patio took hours to clean up - so heavy in fact it took two of us to get it out to the green bin - the one thing i must add however was that when i cancelled any future orders the company responded immediately and refunded me the onward payment from my credit card - possibly for some it works really well but for us unfortunately it was a disaster - probably best to really think it through - not an inexpensive commitment

However after 5 days the grass became rancid and sour smelling even though it was kept dry and in a well ventilated area. it was a huge expense that I now need to pay for postage back to get only a partial refund. Whilst the customer service was polite and responsive I still had to pay for a final grass delivery even though I canceled due to poor product performance. Would not recommend.

box because 1) they can’t be bothered to actually seal the box and 2) the boxes arrived in poor condition and are very clearly thrown around.
we have complained about this probably 3/4 times now and customer service just don’t care, they never respond. it’s FRUSTRATING!!!
we will be cancelling our subscription, and telling all of our other friends with pets not to use potty plant.
you also DO NOT get to choose a preferred delivery day. it’s one set day during the week only (wednesday).

So helpful when toilet training a puppy – I live in an apartment and the potty plant was awesome when toilet training my puppy. Not only did it teach her to go on a natural surface but also stopped me having to run out to the street every time she needed to go. I have continued our subscription so she has somewhere to go when I am at work all day plus I don’t need to stand out in the rain on those wet days, waiting for her to go to the toilet.
