I can't speak highly enough of the fantastic work done by Tom and Andrew in installing heater lamps in my bathroom. It was a complex job, which they handled with calm efficiency. They are courteous and friendly, and an absolute credit to the company. I will recommend them whenever I get the chance.

We had no power Sunday morning as our safety switch tripped, we had no power in all points. Campbell came up Monday to replace old safety switch, which was great as we could shower & cook. to add to our job, on inspection Campbell mention that the ensuite needed a new combo light, heater, fan as the existing unit was old, he gave us a quote within 5mins, drove down to local business to purchase the new unit. After 2.5hrs all jobs completed, explanation of new power board, checked all lights & power points worked & rubbish removed. We would happily recommend them for any electrical job. Thanks

Dont use. Just another rip off. Needed an outdoor spot light fixed but they didnt fix what was there instead installed a whole new spotlight instead and took away my existing spotlight and globe which we just purchased. not happy

Recently Pricise plumbing put in a new so called condensation pump for my Air conditioner, Precise reduced the price and came across as trust worthy . The Condensation pump blows out warm air and makes a noise when turned off. Precise no more – Electrician came for air conditioner that stopped working after a power outage. As it is 7 years old, he said it was likely an issue with pcb board, but recommended full replacement with new air conditioner and gave us a quote of over $4k. condenser motor. Spare parts can be found for a few hundred dollars. Problem successfully fixed by LG service for less than 1k. Precise no more for us.

Honest plumbers who no what there doing – After having 3 plumbers coming out to see why my water was going hot and cold the 3rd one told me to remove washer in taps. Nothing a problem – From the call to the office to the completion of the work the staff were excellent to deal with. Steve carried out the fitting of 4 ceiling fans in 4 rooms in a 2 storey home. Steve was punctual, courteous and professional. The fans look great and after he finished and cleaned up you wouldn’t have known he had been here. Great work thank you.

Unprofessional – Service guy came out, did not even bother to look at the issue and just stood in my kitchen and told me to buy a new dishwasher. He was rude and arrogant and clearly couldn't be bothered to offer any sort of help. Will never use this company again.

Great Job – This was an all day job replacing an in roof hot water system in a 2 storey townhouse with an outside system on the ground with some difficult aspects. The plumbers arrived at 830 am and installed the system. Latter in the day their electricians arrived to finish the electrical part.
