Premium Garage Door Repair

I had to get 2x garage door springs and the two pieces lifting of cable replaced urgently. Someone came to my house and gave me a quote ($1375) and assured me it was market related. Did sound a bit extreme and made the mistake to take him on his word. Just went on Google and realised that I was definitely done in. Very disappointed with the price of the springs ($350 ea) and $250 for 4m of cable. Can not recommend this business to anyone.
Their technician arrived on time, but the experience went downhill quickly. One of my garage door springs was broken. The technician told me he would replace both springs for balance and said the spring cost would be $390. He also mentioned that if I wanted the wire replaced, it would be an additional $220. Based on that explanation, I agreed to… Read more
change only the spring.
After finishing the job, he suddenly tried to charge me $1,280. When I questioned this, he said the $390 was per spring plus labor. This was never explained beforehand. At no point did he say each spring was $390 or that labor would be charged separately. When a customer asks for the cost, the expectation is the total price, not surprise charges after the work is done.
I refused to pay $1,280, especially since I had another written quote from a different company for $450. I told him to remove the spring and leave. In the end, he accepted $390 only, which further confirms the pricing was not clear or justified.
To make matters worse, the technician left while cursing me and talking about “karma,” which was completely unprofessional. When I tried to complain to their head office, the person on the phone hung up, saying they only take appointments.
Very disappointing experience. Please stay away from these cowboys and get multiple quotes before agreeing to anything.
This website is very misleading and I agree with the previous review as you think you are getting someone that knows what they are doing. The person that was here to fix my garage did not have the proper brackets & had to modify what he had in his… Read more
car. This resulted in him trying to use our drop saw for about 1/2 hour which didn’t work & then I had to get someone to drive to pick up an appropriate tool to cut down the bolts to fix the garage. Had I known that this was going to happen I probably would have got someone else to fix the door. As he did not have the 150J brackets which cost $44.00 each we have had to pay for extra parts. This job which should have cost me $450.00 according to another company cost me $753.00. Do not use this company. Also cannot find where to leave a review on the website. All now looks very dodgy to me.

I contacted a company to install a new garage door opener that I purchased from Bunnings. Unfortunately, the service technician broke the opener during the installation. He forcefully installed the motor without checking the springs, which caused the motor to stop working, and it would not power on again. Despite this, they still charged me the… Read more
full amount of $400 for the service, which provided no value.
Additionally, while their website claims a Google review rating of 4.9, I couldn't find any where from Google to leave a review. I've also noticed that their contact number seems to change frequently when I visit their website, with numbers listed as 03 8518 3288, 03 8518 3289, 03 8518 3290, 03 8518 3291, and 03 8518 3292.
