Wish I had read these reviews earlier – Wish I had read these reviews earlier. So I am clearly not the only one frustrated . Chipped particles, and raw saw dust damaging my clothing. ..but this is how we make them is the response from management. I suggest you take out drawers at showroom and study well. Yes not common practise..but a suggestion. Then you may possibly walk away and agree the best decision you will ever make.

Terrible – These guys couldn't even get their stuff together to get back to me with a quote! Useless! At the end of the week the guy said and that was in November! And not to mention...when doing the measuring drew on my 1000 count sheets with a pen! Stay away from these guys!
Bad Quality, lack of communication stay away!!! – We were sold on the fact we were not getting the cash back but "trade price" No this did not happen. The cupboards were installed six weeks ago with bad workmanship we have plenty of photos for those that wish to view. The doors were also not measured correctly so we have now waited six weeks for the doors to be fitted, no phone calls with updates, and on fitting two door still do not fit and a mirrored door need to be returned for the second time due to a crack. In all cheap quality, bad workmanship, no communication from the company, the hire independent tradesman to instal so take no responsibility for the bad quality. On calling to explain the doors would need to be returned due to the mirrors being chipped for the second time I the customer receive bad attitude form a young moody receptionist.
No compensation oh and we were sold chrome rails and received cheap aluminium and were told this was what we were to receive, We paid $4000 what a [censored word removed].
Cheap, nasty quality, poor workmanship the list goes on buyer stay away
Premium Showers and Wardrobes 'Slogan' "We Come to You"????? Reality : You will waste numerous hours chasing them to rectify their inferior work. The salesman guaranteed I will have a superior job, we will take care of it all just leave your key. Firstly I was locked out of my home for an hour when a family member let me in I found plaster dust all over the floor (a vacuum cleaner was left within reach). The finished product was not plumb and not finished, damage was done to architraves and cornices and the after sales service was nothing less than disgraceful. I quickly realised the mentally of this company was inherited from the general manager who took no responsibility at all, he blamed the sub contractor the sub contractor blamed the sales man and the general manager believes "Times have changed tradies are not what they used to be". I do hope you have moved with the times GM and calculated the lost revenue caused by social media!
Steer clear unless you're happy to deal with Melbourne's worst company. It looks like they're trying to have a name change to probably disguise such negative comments.
Premium Showers & Robes – We had two built-in wardrobes custom-made and fitted. They were measured incorrectly and so when fitted didn't hang properly and had to be fixed 3 times with one having to be completely rebuilt. Whilst the company has fixed the robes, they damaged walls and paintwork in the process and we had to empty them out completely 3 times. The company has done nothing to compensate us for the damage or inconvenience despite currently running a promotion offering a 25% discount to new customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone wanting a good quality product and good customer service. I have nothing positive to say about this company Measured incorrectly, badly fitted, damaged plaster and paintwork when fixing problems, don't adhere to agreed timeframes and rude staff.
Yes we had the same problems, bad workmanship, none of the doors of three bedrooms fitted, we have been waiting six weeks for doors to be re fitted. Installer finally returned today to tell us one two doors still did not fit and we have just noticed a crack down the mirrored door. NO COMPENSATION, just a complete stuff up would never recommend, wardrobes are made of cheap quality with chips throughout on installation. I don't know how this business stays operating???

I am totally agreed with Belinda. I wish I have red this review before I ordered wardrobes for Premium. We had very similar issues: Very bad workmanship, poor quality of materials, chipped shelves and side boards. Lack of communication and rudeness of the management.
