DON'T ORDER IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY!! The product is good but the unfortunately the service isn't so great. I've placed two orders and both have taken well over a month to be processed - not the 1 - 2 weeks estimated. Good product if you're not in a hurry. Sadly I needed my order by a specific date and ordered with plenty of time, but even with chasing it up, it wasn't received in time.
Last June I purchased the 25 pack Push Top pantry container set in white. There are 5 x 5 different sizes in this set. apart lids to clean. They look beautiful in your pantry while keeping your staples fresh. I did imagine that they would’ve been a bit bigger though, but I got them for a great price when on sale, so I am very happy with them.
We just had kitchen fitted out with these containers and they make terrible use of shelf space, the shapes make very little use of most shelves unless you stack them behind one and another. The seals also don’t work very well and allow air in, there are noticeable gaps on the seal and I doubt it will keep food fresh. There are lots of better options available that are cheaper, these are just cheap rebranded imports. Show details

Missing products in my order – Was extremely upset I ordered products on 2/11/22. Knowing full well there are Christmas delays. ones I emailed again and once again I had a prompt response with a statement they would be sent express and they just sent the bamboo pump top only no bottles as I already had them. One pump too is slightly different with a white not clear neck, really not worth anymore hassle. These were suppose to be gifts they were not sent express. I received them today 29/12/22 by couriers please they were suppose to be sent on the 16/12/22 according to an email, couriers please are the worst courier in Australia. The Santa sacks for my 2 new grandchildren thankfully came first I have ordered them before and they are beautiful products, I would recommend them. I am disappointed in the pump bottles they were thin cheap looking bottles. I have purchased better quality ones elsewhere just prior to Christmas and used the labels from PLD on them luckily that were cheaper and much heavier better plastic. I believe in giving people second chances and because they were prompt with a response I would Shop again mainly the Santa sacks only. I wouldn’t recommend the bottles .
Not the customer service you’d expect – I brought a few trial items (glass jars), intending to make a bigger purchase. Still spent over $300. with blanks (none where provided) and noted this on the product also. The labels where reduced because they where a misprint (text was faded) and not worthy of full price. When raised with customer service they said the product was reduced in price so no blanks would be provided to fix the issue but hey thanks for letting me know so we can modify the website information.
Pretty Little Designs make mistakes they don’t wish to fix for the customer. Pretty Little Designs should check website information is accurate and products are in good condition before sending.

**Update** - Received my replacement spice jar and it was smaller than the one with bubbling on the edge!! Plus very dirty (the first received jars where clean). Poor attention to detail. - I received an unwanted phone call from Pretty Little Designs where the owner talked at me and refused to let me speak. I would have thought she would have more to do with her time than waste time on a peaty phone call. Affirming the worst customer service ever!

Missing items paid over $150 for!! – Make sure you check your package as soon as it arrives! I didn’t as I was on holidays when it arrived and then renovating the house so packed it away in anticipation for when my kitchen and pantry would be completed. Opened it up to discover they had missed 15 containers, which I had paid over $150 for. One small item being missed okay mistakes can happen, but that’s a pretty big stuff up. As it’s been too long they couldn’t care less!

Fantastic products & service – Like everyone else during lockdowns (I live in Victoria, so we had many) I started the organising bandwagon. I came across Pretty Little Design when i was looking for nice looking products which I found. So I started with a few products at the time, and I am still going. There has been times I have needed there help and the staff are so friendly and quick to respond. One very happy repeat customer.
Great customer service regarding product issue – Have ordered numerous products for personal use and gifts. One glass storage container broke at the base with just normal wear. I sent photo and description of problem, was not really expecting anything but I received a prompt response with free replacement. This is excellent service.

This is a great product – I ordered two of the pepper grinders and I am very impressed with the product. I also ordered two labels to go with them, and I was very disappointed with the quality of the labels. They didn't attach to the product, they didn't separate from the clear film, nor did they separate from the white backing. I have previously ordered labels through this business and haven't had any issues. Show details
Great product with no customer service – I purchased a pretty big order with Pretty little designs, the products have so far being fine. However one of the containers was damaged on delivery. Trying to contact and get any help has been difficult, have emailed twice without any replies. For that reason I just would not recommend the product to anyone else. Show details
Fabulous Customer Service!! – I had a small problem with one of the items I purchased. After emailing the company, they swiftly sent out not only a replacement product, but the replacement labels without me even asking for them. I am a very satisfied customer. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN SELLERS RESPONSE AND LACK OF HELP – Purchased two grinders and forgot labels, so made second purchase. Cleaned grinders as per instructions but labels will not adhere. Wasted $12 but I’m sure that doesn’t affect her. Very disappointed in lack of caring or customers service. All nice up front but not if something doesn’t work. I know how to do labels I’ve a cupboard full from several different people and never an issue. Won’t be buying again and I had planned on doing so.

Pretty not so Little Store – Pretty Little Designs is a one stop shop for all your storage needs. But to say that this great store sells only storage items would be selling it short. They sell so many great products for your home organisational needs. Great range, quality and reasonable prices. Always receive friendly customer service from the team too. Added bonus that I live locally to the store so I can drop by to pick up any orders.
