Sold faulty product – Brought an older ride on mower from them with 30 mins of using had to take back as it wasnt working. 3 weeks it took for them to sell us that the bearing needed replacing cost to us of further $200 7 weeks later still not repaired. am female: don't scoff, i've had experiences with other companies that were less than respectful to a rurally located lady). All requested service was complete within a week and communications were clear and not needing prompting/chasing. Price was reasonable and mower came back spotless as well (and they didn't even charge for the cleaning).

Have used Pride Mowers before and will definitely use again.

Inspection was booked in for the following Thursday I went in on the Monday to inform them that inspection was booked for the Thursday and the person then try to talk me into a smaller tractor they had. I made it clear that this was the tractor we wanted. On Wednesday I went in to drop off the money for the inspection and waited for the report

We rang several times after that Thursday to find out how the inspection had gone with no returned reply, so decided on the Saturday to call in and see if the report had been left there only to be told that they had sold the tractor during the week to someone else. Not once had I been told on going in on the Monday and the Wednesday that there was any other interest in the tractor. We were told because we didn't put a deposit on it they could sell it. So much for trusting some ones word when they were the ones that told us we didn't need to put a deposit down and we trusted there word. I wouldn't trust them with any thing they say or do. We will never be dealing with this company again and would highly recommend you think twice before considering any kind if purchase from this company.

supplied a 3 month guarantee. After a couple of mows the bolt securing the blade housing to the mowing came off and apparently caused the housing to bend. Pride mowers denied any responsibility, even after we explained that this had never happened in 5 years of mowing at our property. Countless calls to company over a 5 week period resulted in them finally repairing the mower and charging $400. Consumers beware, this is a company that does not honour it's warranty or customer good will.

rude!! Will not honour warranty – My gut feeling told me not to buy from this antiquated crap hole. Taken back brand new whipper snipper 4 times now to be repaired under warranty. group of old has been pig men. Spoke to me in a rude and brash manner. My 21 year old son that was with me was ready to flog them because of their rudeness and in capability of fixing the problem.

Shocking Service & Repairs – Purchased a ride on mower from them just on 12 months ago now and have had nothing but problems with repairs. the mower after you change your day around to suit them always blaming staff for not showing up to work and are rude when you phone to make enquiries.

Last time mower was delivered back to us, the driver had problems with the ramp as he was driving the mower off the back of the truck and the mower fell off it causing more damage so it had to be returned for more work and then we were slugged with a bill!

Phone call questioning the bill which should have been NOTHING resulted in the owner of the company being totally rude & hanging up. Bill is not being paid for their damage and for work still under warranty.
