Great but unusually noisy from front – Great machine, really good price,(bought during Boxing Day sales) relatively easy to put together, battery compartment was strange (upside down) extremely noisy from front after a few uses, to the point of being too noisy to use when others were sleeping and could be heard from opposite end of house. Will be following up for refund.

Happy with it – I purchased this product with Rebel. After self-installation according to instruction, i found the equipment got really unusual noise from the wheel when operated. I therefore requested the maintenance but still unable to fix the issue and I consider it as a defect. Then I raised it with Rebal and they offered me a replacement. Im happy with this equipment with the price as it doesn't take up too much space and just suit my need. The only improvement is that the battery-operated console used up battery quite quickly (it requires 4xAA batteries to operate) and its difficult to replace as battery compartment is on the back of the console facing down. Also, it would be good to have "off buttom" for this equipment.
