Delivery took a look time. Only after I ordered, I realised that they are shipped from overseas. They are an Australian owned company, not Australian made. My issue is the overpricing. I fell for the sale pitch. But after purchasing I realised I could go to Temu and get the same prodcuts for 70% less. That’s robbery in my eyes. I have not used the product yet so I can’t comment on them but I have a sour taste in my mouth from the over pricing. Show details
If I could give 0 stars I would. Like another reveiwer I bought utensils and salt and pepper grinders with a similar experience. One of the grinders was broken on arrival. overseas in China they can't do anything. Some recommendations for action attached as images to this review. Their website / FB page and instagram are false, giving a Sydney and Gold Coast address. They use misleading advertising making you think the business and product are Australian but they aren't. Who knows what chemicals are in the wood of the utensils. The utensils are otherwise functional but don't appear any better than anything else you can buy here in an actual shop.

received it, they refunded my money. so it was a good experience in regard to returns, the refund and them answering my emails etc. I also opened and had a sniff due to all the complaints about the chemical smell. I could smell no chemicals at all and trust me I have a sensitive nose…and the items looked amazing! Thank you Pure Pantry. Tracy T
My experience has also been a very negative one. I bought the 12 utensil set and the salt and peppper grinders. Both the salt and pepper grinders are damaged. I have sent multiple emails and tried to contact the company but no response. I bought from Pure Pantry because they advertise as a small Australian business. Very disappointed. Very disappointing product, I got a splinter while unpacking the set. Now not keen to use them for fear of splinters in my cooking. 2 emails to Pure Pantry requesting a return and refund as per their advertised 90 day return policy have gone unanswered. Purchased this set for my husband for part of a Christmas. He loves it. We got rid of all our plastic utensils because of his health. However the utensil holder did not hold all the 12 utensils. was a glue? mark on one of them. Considering the price ($64-50% off supposedly) the quality was poor. I've sent 4 emails without any acknowledgement let alone a response - 3 requesting a refund. There's no contact number even though there's an address. I also realised after my purchase that there's no information on where the teak comes from or what it's coated with. Mine are [Content Removed] & I'm not a happy customer. I even warned them about this review and asked them to respond to my emails but NOTHING! So basically buyer beware for various reasons and wish me luck getting a refund
