Purina ultra tough beds - rip off – Spent over $200 on a dog bed as wanted something durable for 2 dogs. Have had many beds over the years and used many Purina products. don’t make them! So I contacted Purina and got a very blatant email stating they don’t make covers for any of their beds and they can’t assist me any further. way to loose a customer. Why would you not sell replacement covers? It’s not like it’s a throw away bed at that price. Very disappointed in the brand and its lack of customer service.
