hopeless – Very poor customer service, needed bed sheets for an electric adjustable bed, which you can only get from a few companies, I rang first to make sure they had them, as it was a hour + drive to get there. store to put them aside. The staff at the store had no clue didnt even know what it was, no call was recieved, no sheets put aside and they didnt even have the required size...after I was told yes we definitely have that size. Ended up buying online with adjustablebedsheets.com and better quality for a better price.
Very poor customer service – Needed to buy a Mobility walker. I knew the exact model I wanted. As the shop is not local to me I tried calling but no one ever picked up the phone. I went into the shop on the Monday and was told none in the shop. Lady rang their warehouse and said, in stock so it would be there on Wed, and she would ring me. for Friday for a birthday present. Hadn’t heard by Thurs so I again tried several times to phone. No answer. I then tried customer service who is located elsewhere. They said they would pass a message on to call me. Nothing. So Friday again after calling many times with no answer, I went to the shop and after 15 mins of them mucking around said it wasn’t in. I couldn’t wait so asked them to call me with more info re when it would be in. Which meant I had no present for elderly relative but more importantly he didn’t have a walker to get around. No return phone call. I tried Sat and again Monday, again no answer. Spoke to customer service on Monday, who promised someone would call me back for sure. Finally I gave up and after much ringing around found a store many miles away who could ship to me. I had tried ringing the supplier to see who else stocked and told her of my issue, and even they said oh they never answer the phone. Qld Rehab have only just rung me Tues morning to tell me none in stock after all. She had only just seen the email to ring me. I hate to think if I needed to purchase something really important or urgent like a wheelchair. If you can’t get to the phone, at least have a message bank so you can call customer back. I would never bother to use your services again. I don’t know how you stay in business.
