which customer service used all uppercase letters and belittling language to accuse me of not following the returns policy.

Despite having my order details in front of them, and in the subject line of the email, clearly stating the date of the order and the corresponding items in the order, customer service abused me and said I was trying to rectify a problem with an order which was placed in 2024.

The whole reason I placed this second order a few days ago was to replace a memorial candle that I had purchased from them originally when a loved one died, and that memorial candle had now finished burning. I had no issues with my first order. I’m not sure why my first order got brought up, and why I got treated so horribly. It was unprofessional and unhinged behaviour on their behalf.

They made me cry. All I was doing was trying to buy another candle from them, so I could light it in memory of a loved one who had tragically passed.

When I queried their horrible response, I was met with silence, and no apology.

I will be taking my business elsewhere to ensure my needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

Candles how it should be – I love supporting local Australian businesses that also support local businesses. And just because you are buying local, it doesn't mean you are buying lower quality. Queen B candles are beautiful and well tested. After burning Queen B candles, you'll be forever ruined because the 'normal' candles you get at other shops will not be able to compare.

you can but them are limited but i just get them online. Love them Pure beeswax. Bit expensive but they are top quality.
