the Queensland X-ray staff requested me to pay upfront by threatening me if I don’t pay upfront they will not release the report to the doctor. Very bad!!!

On the phone for 34 minutes to book an MRI. Not good enough

2nd April 2025, I had this CTCA scan at Qxray Greenslopes cost $600 . In February 2025 I had a Calcium score done by iMed Radiology Capalaba . The IMed scan reported score 81.9 total The Qxray reported 154.5 total . been rechecked by two cardiologists and they say it’s correct. I called Qxray and they refuse to deal with me . My advice DO NOT USE QXRAY AS THEY ONLY INTERESTED IN THE MONEY .

From initial appointment scheduling through to receiving my images I found the staff to be quite awesome. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. The young lady that took me through for my scan was polite and the facility was very clean. The atmosphere was quiet and professional and I highly recommend them.
