The reviews you have read are the tip of the ice-burg, most people do not complain. DO YOURSELF a FAVOUR - do not sign-up to QuickBooks, this program is broken on so many levels, IT is hiding the issues from their board, and you will spend many frustrating hours and days trying to fix problems. It has cost our organisation over $20K in wage miscalculations and lost time.

Been using this product for a few years now. It's been hit and miss but nothing I couldn't deal with by shutting it down and going to have a coffee. Secondly, most of the time when I log on to QBSE, I have to reload the page several times, log out and in again several times for it to actually bring up my account with all my information. I have put this down to my internet, however, yesterday afternoon/evening, I tried on 5 different devices on 2 different internet connections and when it loads, all I get is a blank page. This is not an internet issue, it is a software issue from QB. How am I supposed to keep the accounts for my business or send out Invoices to get paid if I can't even access the basic page/menu? NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!

which ran well over time and covered many topics. We connected all my NAB bank accounts, including the foreign currency ones, without any problem. It is surprisingly easy to set up recurring invoicing, recurring payments, and rules to automatically process the bank transactions. The user interface was a lot easier to work with and it was a lot easier to customise the list displays. I'm not saying that XERO can't do this, I'm saying that the onboarding experience and ease of use of QuickBooks Online are vastly superior than what I experienced during the three weeks I spent in XERO. I realise that XERO has almost cult-like status amongst accountants and bookkeepers in AUS and NZ, but do yourself a favour and try QuickBooks Online when looking for a SMB cloud accounting system.

careful when it’s launches new changes because recently all my accounts are affected by the user limits which appear to be the system bug. I really hope Quickbooks can fix this for me as soon as possible.

New Update has increased costs and destroyed all Integrations. Costs just keep going up with no improvement in product at all only problems. Integrations all fall over with the update and tech help just says that "Quickbooks is only a receiving service and to contact your integration provider", which is also Intuit so you just go around in circles and get nowhere.

Since the update my quickbooks are completely messed up. My usual invoices aren’t coded properly in bank transactions, GST hasn't been added, I have duplicated payments coming in for one invoice. It is a complete mess! I am very sick of updates no one asked for. AI is not the answer. People need to do the work not machines. This is so frustrating I am going back to manually inputting into excel.

Intuit is not intuitive. It’s a complete shemozzle. When converting a quote to an invoice and then sending to a customer, the figures all change to a lower amount. This is using app, laptop seems okay. No help available, when selecting ‘talk to human’ in ai chat, it provides a link that just doesn’t work.

What's wrong with you guys? You can't keep changing the layout every 2-3 years. Leave people alone. Your new layout is absolutely rubbish. Your old one was just perfect and everyone is used to it. Why bring in sidebar/side drawers when creating new invoice? Why are you over complicating everything? Please fire your UX Designer. Have been using QB for years. Their steady pricing creep over the years means any pricing advantage that it has over Xero is being reduced, and at the same time the level of service / functionalities have not improved. Last straw was when the issues with Macquarie Bank turned up and direct feed was no longer working, for whatever reason. After… Read more

doing what QB instructed me to do (basically re-submitting the Macquarie Bank form), the bank feeds were still not established. QB had since shown absolutely no interest in helping resolving the matter in a timely fashion or to offer any alternative resolutions to keep me as a customer. The issue persisted, to QB's knowledge, for about a month now. No solution or active communication at all.

Enough is enough. Don't be fooled by what may seem to be a slightly more competitive pricing. Just go Xero as I will be going now, as QB has shown little capability, care or respect for customers.

quickbooks. A few days later one of my clients was charged automatically via gocardless, meaning that GOCARDLESS INTEGRATION IS POSSIBLE. My client was charged twice and I had to refund them accordingly. I still don’t have gocardless integration, nobody can tell me how to do it and I’ve received NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OUTCOME.

I requested a discount from quickbooks because of my terrible experience and they had the NERVE to connect me to the sales teams. The sales team tried to sell me a package that I could access myself via the quickbooks website.

Honestly, quickbooks, go f**k yourself. You’re an absolute joke of a company.
