Real Grass Puppy Potty

Fantastic products! Bought ours last Dec and whilst it looks awesome and the original grass is still looking great 3 months on, our lovely little Lumi (cavoodle) hasn't shed a drop of anything yet. She's been on it plenty of times and had a good sniff etc. We've used/placed smells from her own wees and poos etc. Tried all the tricks from the tips section of this site. I bought 3 XL TIMBER ORIGINAL real grass puppy potty with wheels. They had fast delivery, excellent communication, and their product is top rate. We set it up as directed. Get one! Love it, and so does my puppy, he heads straight out there for his million toilet trips a day. The turf is growing and it looks great. Fantastic product and service. My puppy took to it immediately and it has made toilet training a breeze. Would recommend going as large as your space allows (eg XL) if your pup is going to use it exclusively (as mine is pre-final vaccinations). when there are periods of constant rain in Sydney and my dog doesn’t like to go out in the rain to do his business. This has mostly solved accidents on the balcony and courtyard deck. I customised the potty and appreciated the ability to order a personalised name badge for the potty. My dog took to his new potty immediately. I love the size as I find the plastic potty trays too small and this is a more sustainable and economical solution, without requiring a subscription like similar products out there. I have become obsessed with lawn care now, it’s become a talking piece of outdoor decor for friends and family, and most importantly, my dog loves it!

Bought this to replace the stinky fake grass pads for my small Chihuahua. Easy set up and well constructed. Perfect height for little dogs, only need to work on his terrible aim. I purchased the Real Grass Puppy Potty as I wanted a cost-effective and sustainable option. It was easy to assemble and the website has excellent instructions. As you can see from the photo, it’s thriving! I’ve needed to trim the grass regularly, and my Cavoodle used it straight away. Absolute game changer super simple to setup thanks to the instructions on their website and that come with the potty. Turf fit super easy. Took us about 10 mins to put the potty liner soil and turf in. Our pup took a day to adjust, sniffing curiously lol, but now doesn't leave it alone!! False information on their product page regarding common turf sizes. Also note they require a plastic liner under the turf, rendering the wooden box more of a cosmetic feature? And causing the turf to die fairly quickly. If you can hammer 5 pieces of wood together yourself and stick a plastic liner in it you will save yourself almost $200. … Read more

Lastly, horrible customer service, when I noted to them that the common turf size they stated didn't fit the product they said it would they refused to give a refund for an UNUSED product stating they couldn't afford to. Which in itself shows they care more about their personal needs than their customer's wasting money. Avoid at all costs!!!

Grass did not fit as claimed. Now I have to wait another week to get more grass. I was going to start with one of those fake grass potty mats for the dog because I sometimes need to work full days and need a place the dog can use the toilet in the house but then I found this! trained in about three days because there’s no confusion about using pads or newspaper. She knows that grass is the only place you toilet in. I was also thinking of making it myself given I’m quite handy but the quality of wood and construction really is great so I’m glad I got someone else to just quickly put it together for me especially when I looked at the the cost of buying the wood was already significant. Definitely recommend to anyone getting a puppy. My only recommendation would be it would be great if there was some kind of tray this could sit on if used inside. I’ve just put another liner underneath in case there’s any leaks but so far all good.

it used to be after 1 week with the grass delivery service. I had no idea the potting mix would make SUCH a difference to the overall lifespan and quality. At this point, I'd never go back and I'm so grateful for a better and less expensive option!!!

This concept is a fabulous idea especially as I live in a high rise unit. At first it took a little time for my dog to get used to it although he likes to go out and meet the neighbours it is great for emergencies. Although I didn't do so I would recommend purchasing the wheels as the overall weight of the box, potting mix, and grass is quite heavy and awkward to relocate to clean the balcony. Show details ·  1
