Worst Energy Provider | High Electricity Bill | Poor Customer Service | No Transparency – Real Utilities has provided us with a terrible experience. Despite our repeated concerns about our March bill and our attempts to follow up through phone calls and emails, we have yet to receive any action from them for more than 2 and a half months. Due to discrepancies in our bills and changes to our NMI details, we have no choice but to escalate the issue to the Energy and Water Ombudsman. Our bills show usage that is more fitting for a family of five, despite only having two occupants and not using central heating or high-energy appliances. Our residential development promised solar energy to reduce costs, yet there is no clear breakdown of these contributions in our monthly bill.
