Rechargeable Hearing Aid for Seniors

Product was DOA , there were some beeps on turning it on and when trying to raise the level but the microphone was completely dead and therefore no amplifying anything . There is absolutely no way to contact them, no email address, Contact Us link gets you nowhere , they just refuse to provide any warranty for a new item that was dead on arrival, no refund and no replacement . Be very careful if the price tempts you to purchase from them , from my experience it is a complete scam .
