Overall, customers express high satisfaction with Redeem Vacations, frequently praising the prompt and supportive customer service team, the straightforward booking process, and the financial savings on hotel stays. While a subset of travellers notes challenges regarding limited date availability, additional resort fees, or unexpected taxes upon arrival, the majority of experiences are positive. Reviewers emphasize that being flexible with travel dates and researching extra costs helps ensure a smooth holiday experience.
Zharina was as helpful as she could be. The process of having to select a destination first, pay only to find out there is zero availability is a huge waste of money
Not many hotel choices for the area given and I am forced to pay an upgrade fee-for what? It does not say but I have to pay it. Even the representative couldn't tell me, he said I just had to pay it. The representative was nice and helpful with my other questions which I did get answers for. Let's just say I am not happy with this company.
The hotel was nicer than expected, as well as the staff. Could’ve been a bit cleaner. They were also doing work to the building so I was woke up to hammering every morning for 3 days about 7am.

Redeem Vacations is impeccable. This is the way to vacation economically.
The hotel is clean, staff is very friendly, nice neighborhood, next to a train station, lots of business around as well. Room was small, but then again I notice a lot of places are just smaller in architecture than United States. Very cute boutique hotel
The room was small but It was a great experience

We had a wonderful stay at Golden Seoul Hotel, which we booked through Redeem Vacations. The hotel exceeded our expectations - everything was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions. We especially loved the beautiful view from the 14th floor - it made our… Read more
stay even more memorable.
The location is truly top-notch. The hotel is conveniently located near метро and bus stops, and there is even a direct bus to Incheon Airport, which made our travel very easy. There are plenty of shops nearby, including Daiso and Olive Young, as well as many cafés like Starbucks and various local coffee spots and restaurants.
For quick meals, there are also familiar options like Burger King and KFC nearby.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
My stay at the Sahara was a 10/10 my only complaint is the pool hours 10am-5pm.
Customer service responds pretty quickly via chat; emails are responded to in a decent time. Room for my first voucher in metro Chicago was pretty nice. Not directly in the city but on the outskirts. I liked the location and the room was pretty decent at an awesome hotel that had a restaurant and a bar in the lobby. I actually returned to that same hotel for a different occasion. Try Perry’s Steakhouse nearby. You won’t regret it! Show details

Room was very spacious and need was comfy. We stayed in the Marra room. Monorail behind Sahara was very convenient.
All over it was nice stay Big clean room, besides the window, view to Sphere on night was fantastic.Few very nice coffee places. Location is just perfect ,in heart of the Streep ,close to everything, monorail as well in hotel. One suggestion I have, need at least one good restaurant inside, not only food court. Show details
Everything was so easy from check in to check out. The workers ay Dunes Resort was amazing and the room was very clean. Redeem vacation made this an easy laid back trip.

I had a positive experience with Redeem Vacations. They provided prompt, supportive customer service throughout my booking process.
I went to the Venice Carnival at the Ca de Conti Hotel. It was right in the center, near St. Mark's Square. Clean, cozy rooms with a Venetian style. Friendly staff. THANK YOU to the Redeem Vacation team and Travorium.

Activated my voucher and had some confusion but Erica with Redeem Vacations was professional, kind, and quick to clear up my confusion! Highly recommend!
Follow-up · The discount wasn’t worth the $11. The hotel was so janky! It smelled like cigarettes and liquor. If I could have seen it in the day I wouldn’t have stayed!
I enjoyed Las Vegas and was able to see multiple shows and enjoy activities because I only paid $169 for my room at the Harrahs thanks to Redeem Vacation. If I vacation in the future, I hope to vacation with a Redeem Vacation package.
Follow-up · I had no hidden cost during my trip. What was included was 3 nights and 4 days at the Harrahs in Las Vegas. All I paid was the resort fees and those were $169 in total. Booking was very easy. I could have booked online booking t I like to talk to people so I called in to book and got the dates I wanted. I booked 30 days prior to going.
Hotel (one of two offered) had no coffee pot in the room. I upgraded the room once at the hotel. There was no refrigerator in the room. That meant, eat all your meal, or throw it away. Don't bring any food up to eat in early AM or as a midnight… Read more
snack. The shower was well placed, not in the tub, but the shower floor was very slippery, especially after soaping up. For elders, it was not a pleasant wash down. The hotel had no front desk. All questions, and signing in were done by one of ten computers in the "lobby". There were no chairs in the lobby. Waiting for a ride by taxi or Uber or friend was done in standing position, in the HOT weather. Prices at the hotel for coffee were over 5.00 dollars. Staff in shops, eateries were tired looking and snippy.
Follow-up · Hotel in Las Vegas was not pleasant. Checking in took over 45 minutes. No guy behind a desk, all machines. No bell boy to take 2 tired travelers to their room. Or show the way. Had to ask other visitors. The upgrade got us to a room with a nice bathroom, no view, comfortable double beds, but not a coffee pot, or refrigerator. No telephone to… Read more

I had an awesome experience with Redeem Vacations. Booking was relatively simple. I needed an extension to avoid my voucher expiring, and the customer service was excellent. It was very simple to go to the site and chat with them. They were very accommodating and helpful. What was most impressive was quality and service of the hotel where I… Read more
stayed. I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Punta Cana Village, DR. It was not a resort, but there was a free shuttle to/from the airport, beach, mall, and grocery store. Several restaurants were within walking distance as well. When I got there I simply needed my ID and credit card to check in as if I’d booked directly with the hotel, so that was easy and seamless. The only reason that I chose 4 instead of 5 stars is because the fees to redeem the voucher were more than expected, and then when I got there I had to pay another $80 in taxes that I was not expecting to pay. Also, there was an additional cost for weekend dates or to choose certain accommodation s, including the resorts that were listed. Even with that, it was definitely a fraction of the cost and met my needs for travel, so still an exceptional experience overall.
I LOVE the offers I've received from this company - It's VERY difficult to say 'no' to the fantastic deals they are able to invent, and what fantastic locations they are linked to with WONDERFUL hotels to stay at. There are two challenges I've experienced in my processing: the calendar dates for availability changed the dates for open times… Read more
right while I was looking at it and limited options to book to only about 10 days out of an entire 18 month period, which were dates RIGHT before Christmas. When I reached out for assistance assuming there was a technical glitch, the chat service agent suggested that I changed my destination from Bali to Mexico. WHAT?! - That is NOT the same culture or vacation experience at all & NOT what I was promised so how is that a solution to a technical issue with your site? - The other issue I ran into was not a 'problem' it just added doubt to the experience: when receiving a site page that required a decision regarding 'new' information, a timer for approx 10min was on each and every page. What pressure?!?! -- It makes the process feel like it's a junkie company that's just out for your money and you might be getting scammed. This company DEF would appear more legit if those timers were gone.
I recently stayed at Renew Hawaii for 7 days at the beginning of June, and overall I had a wonderful experience. My first impression was very positive. The front desk staff deserve 5+ stars for their outstanding service. They were always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every question or request was handled quickly and efficiently. arrived about two hours before the official check-in time, and to my surprise, we were allowed to check in immediately without any issues. After a long flight, this was greatly appreciated and made a wonderful first impression. Our room with one king-size bed was a bit small, and the balcony overlooked a parking lot and a busy street, so it could be somewhat noisy at night. I was also a little disappointed that housekeeping was not provided every day, especially when it came to trash removal. However, the bed linens and towels were always clean and fresh. The hotel's location is excellent. It was only about a three-minute walk to the beach, which made it very convenient. Beach chairs and towels were available for guests, and everything was clean and easy to borrow and return. There was also a small café in the lobby where guests could grab sushi, snacks, or a drink, which was very convenient. What stood out the most during my stay was the positive atmosphere and the exceptional customer service. The kindness and friendliness of the staff made me feel welcome throughout my vacation. Those positive emotions are what I will remember most about this hotel.Despite a few minor inconveniences, I left with wonderful memories and would gladly recommend Renew Hawaii to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Waikiki.

I chose Istanbul as the destination and was very disappointed. There aren't many hotel options; the ones I've seen so far aren't good, and I wouldn't risk my safety by staying in any of them. They say the value of the hotel is over a thousand dollars. I paid taxes, and the same hotel on the booking site is cheaper than the taxes I paid for the crappy hotels.
Redeem Vacations was a wonderful experience! We went to the incredible Hampton Inn in Gulf Shores, just 1.5 miles to the sandy beach by The Hangout (restaurant). The hotel has a great breakfast, with hot waffles, potatoes, sausage, and eggs. The rooms are spacious and the pillows and beds were comfy!
I had an excellent experience with Jason! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain the cancellation policy and made sure I understood all the important details, including the due dates and deadlines. He answered my questions thoroughly and made everything much easier to understand. Thank you, Jason, for your outstanding customer service and support!
Redeem Vacations are great. They extended my reservation once because I was unable to find a flight to my destination that would allow me to keep my reservation. However, I made the reservations, and due to emergency surgery and a no-travel restriction, I am not sure they will be able to extend my voucher again. But they still are great. Maybe next time I will be able to take my trip.
I found the site somewhat difficult to navigate, as trip insurance and the taxes and fees are the same amount, and since I did not want the trip insurance, I did not clearly understand that to move forward the $194+ fee had to be submitted. I also had difficulty finding out how to move to entering my CC information. The help line was helpful, but would have loved to have spoken to a “person!”

I spent 780 just to get to Las Vegas and spend a few #3 days. I am supposed to be able to have another such Vacation. I doubt I will use it.
