Very dissatisfied – Worked well for the first few months and used sparingly. Then began to disintegrate and make all sorts of noises. Not safe to use now and forget asking for help with technical support....they don't answer emails or respond to requests for help.
Purchased in for $1,300.

Small Hiccup – I received this item not in great condition and not on time but that's another story I will tell you about in another review. The product had minor damage to a plastic fitting which Reebok are replacing without any fuss, but onward to me experience. Having searched the internet for a reliable review I found none, and most were cut and paste jobs from the manufacturer's website and the other one I found they had judged without even having put it together, so, I bought this on trust of my own instincts and research.
I also got a hefty discount which quickly disappeared the next day.
The Box arrived, and I watched the carrier struggle with bringing this up my drive. I didn't realize how heavy it was, even after unpacking I could not move or lift the main component into the house. After giving some thought to it, I managed to find a way, then it was just a matter of assembling, it looked over whelming. Pieces everywhere but I finally followed the instruction with a magnifying glass and got it together with not a spare nut or bolt or washer in sight. They supply you with all the spanners and screw drivers necessary.
A picture on the site shows a slight girl lifting this machine onto its front wheels and moving this. You can do it, but most women will struggle, and some men might. I hooked up the app but eventually uninstalled it as it was very flakey and controlled the read-out panel on the machine which went blank at times. Browsing through the menus is not intuitive and takes a bit of time to work out and set up, at my age I decided to go manual, select my resistance level on the flywheel and just start the workout.
I could increase the incline as well, but I am not up to that at the moment in my progress. I also noticed an adjustment on the foot plate which isn't mentioned in the specs. This I guess would increase or decrease the length of your stride.
Now, this machine is solid, it's not a toy, and is up to gym quality. I owned a $6,000 Tunturi tread mill so I know what it feels like.
And, it is heavy, so you will need two people to get this into your house in pieces. There were no squeaks in operation it was smooth and quiet except for a slight noise coming from the flywheel rotation, which was probably the electric resistance in operation, ha no it wasn't, turned out it was just a bearing which need a squirt of wd40 silicon. There are 24 levels, and I am on 6, so I have a long way to go.
Could not fault the machine to this point and if you are looking for a well-priced Cross trainer it comes highly recommended from me, just search for discounts. I have to add that I have still not received the replacement part which was to be delivered in April, it is now May and I have been told the supplier will not have parts to June. This Is something buyers should be aware of as I have struck this before with suppliers and it's not often you actually get the part, and it requires extra effort on your behalf to get some action which may or may not result in it becoming a fair-trading issue. The part has finally arrived, true to their word, it took time as they were out of stock and had to wait for shipments, so I can see if it was a moving part your machine would be out of commission for a while. I have now had time to assess the machine and it's been working fine for months a slight squeak here and there but nothing that would be annoying. I found that using a synthetic grease on the slide rails is much better than using the oil as the grease sticks whereas the oil can drip, so you would need to make sure you have a mat under the machine, preferably a purpose-built treadmill mat which you can buy on Amazon.
