¿Por qué no los dos? I love how this machine does it all - arms, legs, back, chest and core. I should mention legs again because this machine is a triple threat with it's leg press, leg curl and hammy curl functions. The pulleys, bearings and weight stacks are smooth and adjust super easy. It does chest press, lat pull downs and cable pulls too! The powder coat finish is hardwearing and the machine is built solid. Throw in nine rubber floor tiles like I did and you'll have a home gym that will give you many years of service.
