hours to the closest retail store. The retailer has stated they use Refundid only.
I have emailed and emailed and emailed, only to receive automated responses from ‘[Name Removed]’ asking me to fill out the request for assistance form which was already completed. My very valid state license and Medicare card have failed their online verification. I am unable to get a refund, exchange or even credit for my $300 purchase because of this issue and my order has been ‘locked’. They have now resorted to ignoring my emails. My last date for return is in 3 days and I am left with no path forward. I am appalled with Refundid. The retailer is unable or unwilling to assist. I am stuck with clothing that is not right in every respect of the matter, which the retailer agreed with however no way to get my money back.
Awful service. Misleading and a scam. They have taken my money. I’ve emailed numerous times with no response. I have had to escalate it to fair trading and opening a dispute case with my bank. DO NOT USE. If something seems to food to be true….. it is. Beware

I bought a flight ticket from budgetair.com.au, and on their booking confirmation it said 100% refundable ticket, and I paid extra for it. I needed to cancel my flight, and asked for refunds, but they said it's a third party company called refundable.me. I contacted them, and now they are asking me a reasonable reason to get refund. So it turned out to be a SCAM !!! I'll sue budgetair.com.au and refundable.me. NEVER USE THEM !

have no idea why their customer service team are too lazy to even help me with a problem. I even pay for the refundid plus subscription and they do not respond to me when I ask for a refund for it (as i should not be paying for something that is apparently unavailable to me). Possibly the worst customer service team I have ever endured in my life.

This service is so easy to use and fast processing. Monies returned instantly instead of having to wait to return the item to shop and then processed a week or 2 later.
Follow-up · Was promised $10 for writing a review. I wrote a nice review. They acknowledged my review. I sent in proof of the review. Followed up with at least 3 emails and have heard nothing nor seen the $10. Its a good service but dont promise something for a review and not follow thru.
