Awful service. Misleading and a scam. They have taken my money. I’ve emailed numerous times with no response. I have had to escalate it to fair trading and opening a dispute case with my bank. DO NOT USE. If something seems to food to be true….. it is. Beware
Refundid made my return process incredibly easy. Getting an instant refund meant I didn't have to wait for the retailer to receive my return before getting my money back, which was really convenient. Seriously flawed!! I lodged an exchange and Refundid confirmed the correct amount in store credits. When I attempted the exchange with a $4.11 difference, the system was demanding I pay $193.36 instead! On the next attempt my store credit at the checkout was $0! I bought a flight ticket from budgetair.com.au, and on their booking confirmation it said 100% refundable ticket, and I paid extra for it. I needed to cancel my flight, and asked for refunds, but they said it's a third party company called refundable.me. I contacted them, and now they are asking me a reasonable reason to get refund. So it turned out to be a SCAM !!! I'll sue budgetair.com.au and refundable.me. NEVER USE THEM !

I even pay for the refundid plus subscription and they do not respond to me when I ask for a refund for it (as i should not be paying for something that is apparently unavailable to me). This service is so easy to use and fast processing. Monies returned instantly instead of having to wait to return the item to shop and then processed a week or 2 later.
Follow-up · Was promised $10 for writing a review. I wrote a nice review. They acknowledged my review. I sent in proof of the review. Followed up with at least 3 emails and have heard nothing nor seen the $10. Its a good service but dont promise something for a review and not follow thru.

immediately after opening the link to their website wants you to subscribe to their paid service which you actually don't need to join to get a refund. In short don't use it... use your common sense, contact the supplier directly for a refund.

Why promote that an “ Instant” refund is given when it’s not ?? I have now tried to return 2 items using this website and there isn’t even an option for an instant refund. The only 2 options are store credit and standard refund processed within 5 days . I have tried contacting REFUNDID twice and they have not bothered responding .

Australian Post and Refundid meant to communicate with them for the lost parcel. It shouldn’t be my responsibility to worry about a parcel not being delivered, delayed or not scanned. I had to speak with CBA to make sure this company can be blocked from draining $ from my bank account. It has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Scams!
BAD BAD BAD – Absolute scam. I followed all of the instructions, aus post said the item was returned, and then 3 days later refundid takes the money back out of my bank account ($400!!!) and claims the item was never received. Beware of refundid – Total scam. Used the service to return an item from Witchery. Lodged parcel within 7 days as required using the tracking number on system. Parcel shows being delivered on aus post tracking system. Refundid debited the original amount plus a fee with the reason that the parcel was never lodged with aus post.
