Worse scooters\ bicycles – I bought just to ride to the train for work, after a couple months I realised the battery would only work to half charge..it would cut off then start then cut off, and the acceleration switch then broke and brakes failed, Reid’s are the worse I also bought 2 bikes and they both broke the first ride. I’ve wasted money on this cheap crap shop, no one buy anything from this shop
Not good – They say they have a one year warranty and will repair or replace. I bought two, one of the scooters handle snapped and wires from brake lights fell out. The other scooter same thing wobbly handle bar and brake light wires fell out. Took months and months of emails back and forth mainly me to them to get a response and they only sent one rod for both scooters. So now I still have two unusable scooters. Show details

Really poor design and customer service – I have owned three bicycles from Reid and have been very satisfied with their quality. That is why I decided to purchase an e scooter from them as well. However, a month after the 12 months warranty period the battery stopped charging altogether. Took it to the shop and they refused to replace the battery or fix it under consumer guarantee. Very poor quality and mediocre customer service. Show details
Front disc brakes lock up and is dangerous – The front brakes when used cause the scooter to stop hard and lifts the back wheel, its dangerous. Show details
Unreliable – Suddenly My Reid E4 scooter has become unreliable. For no reason while cruising home, with 60% battery, it choose to stop, no side lights or head light and unable to connect via bluetooth. It was like no connection to battery all of a sudden... it did however, for no obvious reason decide to work the next morning. I am now unable to rely on it and it happen to just run out of the 12 mth warranty a month ago
Commute 30 minutes on the E4 everyday, much more enjoyable than driving – I think the escooter looks nice and it's sturdy. Great option for getting around the city. A 15-20 minute drive takes just 30 minutes on this escooter, and it's better for the environment. Show details
Stopped working 1 day after opening it – Avoid at all costs, especially if you purchase this item from Anaconda. The scooter was $499.00, it was purchased on Sunday, assembled on Monday and stopped working on Tuesday. Today, after taking it back to Anaconda, was advised that it will be a 30 day turnaround on repairs. Rang Anaconda head office and was told that repair is the only option open to us. Dont waste your money on this scooter and dont buy anything, ever, from Anaconda.
