Excellent product and support – I bought two Remo products. Remo Optimizer and Remo Driver Discover and both programs work well. While I have had some problems with the products failing to operate I believe that it was as a result of computer updates. By contacting the Remo Help Desk I was rapidly provided with instructions on how to get programs back operating.

Good software, excellent support – Our company bought Remo Repair for Outlook (PST) which worked well to repair a PST file that Outlook would not open. There were some issues with software versions but the Remo support were very responsive and accomodating.

This is a scam – I was advised to buy this software to get rid of my viruses. No difficulty at all!!! Products performed so well – I bought two products from Remo software one is Remo Repair Outlook and other one is Remo Repair MOV. Both are well-designed and so simple to use. had a guanratee that if I was satisfied I could easily obtain a refund so I decided to give it a go.

I quickly found that I was unable to migrate my email system to a new computer as advertised. I quickly lodged a ticket explaining the situation. At first I was asked questions that showed the Support Team member didnt read my issue. After several messages back and forth I had to wait around 24 hours for them to send me an extraction tool. The tool extracts the files but leaves them whatever folder I chose but doesn undertake any form of migration or in any way does it restore any of my settings.

I attempted to further resolve the issue but found I was getting nowhere, so I ask for a refund as per their Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase and as stated below..

Well after requesting a refund I was told as I had been provided with an extraction tool I was not entitled to a refund.

I explained that the product did not function as stated and that the extraction tool did not migrate my email and settings as had been advertised. I was then told as I had used the product I was not entitled to a refund.

This has been going on for several days. My request to have my complaint handled by a manager has been ignored.

I have found others that have had issues with their software and returns policy. One person took over two months to get them to agree to refund her purchase. Even then it dragged out and I'm not sure she ever recevied her refund. If it worked, it would have made my Outlook migration very easy and painless Doesn't work and support will not escalate your complaint to a Manager, nor will they refund your purchase of the product even when their Terms & Conditions state they will do so unconditionally!
