used units as new is not good business practice. If you’re selling used or refurbished products pretty sure it’s a legal requirement you tell that to the customer. I’ve returned the unit and received a full refund from amazon.

Broke in half, Renpho refused Warranty repair – I dont know why but the handle snapped. Renpho wouldnt replace or repair it although its still under warranty. The plastic on the handle is very thin Show details

Refurb unit, broken day one – I bought this massage gun from Amazon, from Renpho’s store. Did not work from the moment I opened the box. Minor scratches all over the unit so clearly a broken refurb. I should have listened to the other reviews there who complained of poorly performing refurb units being sold as brand new. massage gun they were quality. I did have an initial issue with the actual unit, I contacted customer service by email and received a reply within a couple of hours. The issue was resolved quickly. After checking on other brands far more expensive than the Renpho unit there appears no justification to pay more than this price certainly for home use. I can't fault the unit or after sale service. Very happy.

cable for most people. We have been using it almost 2 years now, so this proves its a quality built product. It lives in the drawer of our coffee table in the lounge room as we use it almost every night. It has a brushless motor that revs up to 3200rpm and has 5 speeds. Fully charged in 3 hours and lasts up to a week depending how hard you go with the massage. I can honestly say this is the go-to tool for alleviating pain for our family members and has saved a lot on professional massages, but doesn't replace a masseuse, but on most occasions does immediately relieve tired and sore joints and/or muscles. Shoulder pain, neck pain, back pain, glutes, lower legs, even my hands/wrists

Speed 2-3 is comfortable for my wife, but as I have a lot of chronic pain in different areas, I take it up to top speed of 5 and it packs a huge punch and really gets into those aching muscles. I have even used it on speed 1 just to massage my sore joint in my fingers also. The different attachments really target specific areas of muscle groups and the enclosed booklet advises you which attachment is best for different ailments. So a warning- beware of top speed as it can make you jump if you cant tolerate a hammer hitting you!

very effective. I have an LT band issue where I have a hard time being in a squat position. I have used form rolling prior however this brings a new game to stretching. Both of us agree this will be a great tool for relaxing tight muscles groups. We used most of the tools. Love how each provides a different level of relaxation in each area. The battery stayed at 10 even we used it for over 2 hours. Definitely recommend it.
