Works great and exactly what I need – I love this treadmill. I actually prefer to run on a treadmill because it helps me maintains a consistent pace, I have my fan blowing at me so I don't overheat too much, and I listen to music or watch tv without having to wear earphones. The treadmill is exceptionally easy to use and calibrate. You just need a screw driver if you ever need to adjust the track and it came with a bottle of lubricating oil. It has all the features anyone would need and you can program multiple settings. Had it for 12 months now and has never had a single problem. Absolute workhorse that takes my daily 4km runs without a problem.

Purchased in for $2,000.

Spare part – I have this treadmill and am extremely happy, using it almost every day for the past few years. However, the rubber sleeves around the two small rollers at the end of the mat have worn out and I need the parts replaced but am finding it really difficult to find out where I can purchase spare parts.

Terrible – I paid over $2000 for this machine and am appalled by REPCOS quality. The machine has always made noise when rising and, which technician (warranty) normal when we had it checked under warranty, and soon after the incline failed costing in excess of $200 for parts. The machine is inherently flawed, and poorly constructed. We are not a fitness fanatic family, and none of us are overweight, with each of us probably using the machine once a week for an hour (4hrs a week). The hydraulics, which are designed to raise the machine when in storage position and lower it safely have exploded twice causing extensive damage to our hardwood floorboards, the incline has failed costing over $200 to repair, the heart rate monitor gives constant electric shocks when touched and the rollers at the back of the machine produce a loud clucking sound when at low speeds. I would not recommend this machine to anyone, unless they literally wish to throw their money into the wind or plan on waiting all day for the service technicians to arrive. ---------------------Nothing------------------------ Extremely noisy, makes a loud clicking noise when incline is rising (has just stopped working), back runner makes a clucking noise when on low speed, hydraulics, which raise the machine to save space have exploded twice and heart rate monitor on handles give shocks when touched.
