left one replaced with a new one. Just prior to the three-year warranty expiring, both hearing aids were in again with faults, this time they were both replaced with new ones. I thought that meant I would get another three years warranty. However, I was told once the current warranty expired, there would be no more repairs under warranty. I now have the exact same issues. The left one one will only charge to 40% overnight, this morning only 20% which means I have to keep putting it in the charger. I have cleaned the contacts on the hearing aids and in the charger, I have also tried charging the left hearing aid in the right side, with the same result. So, I am now up for the cost of a new set of hearing aids, as a retiree I don't really want to shell out for another pair. The left one as soon as it gets to 10% makes an annoying donging noise so I have to remove it if I am out or if home recharge it. I was hoping I could buy a new rechargeable battery for it to extend the life of them. However, from what I have found out the batteries cannot be replaced.
