It’s also difficult to find how to cancel the subscription, and when you do so, they try to get you to buy more stuff and have a decline option in very fine print at the bottom. Companies that operate like this without transparency just show that their products are subpar. They know they’ll only make money by ripping people off instead of believing in their product.

When you contact customer support they tell you there is nothing they can do other then stop future subscriptions. So basically they always get to charge you a second time. The customer service is appalling and leaves you totally feeling like you have been scammed. I so wish I had read these negative reviews before purchasing.

pull the skin off of my lips and genuinely felt they were uncomfortable. Avoid this company, untrustworthy, misleading, and genuinely not following good practices from a business standpoint. It will catch up with them in the long run.
