Do not buy this product. You are put on an automatic subscription and although their webpage has “30 day money back guarantee” plastered all over it, their refund policy found elsewhere on the site actually states you can only refund your first purchase. confirmed the next order and taken money out of your account. It’s also difficult to find how to cancel the subscription, and when you do so, they try to get you to buy more stuff and have a decline option in very fine print at the bottom. Companies that operate like this without transparency just show that their products are subpar. They know they’ll only make money by ripping people off instead of believing in their product.

you cannot even view the order subscription, but where you can remove your credit card - so hopefully it won't be able to take a payment at the next period.

The company scams you with future subscriptions. The product is ok, but the business model is like a scam. They automatically subscribe you to future payments without making it clear to you. no email warning you of the new charge or asking if you want them to send you more product. When you contact customer support they tell you there is nothing they can do other then stop future subscriptions. So basically they always get to charge you a second time. The customer service is appalling and leaves you totally feeling like you have been scammed. I so wish I had read these negative reviews before purchasing.

pull the skin off of my lips and genuinely felt they were uncomfortable. Avoid this company, untrustworthy, misleading, and genuinely not following good practices from a business standpoint. It will catch up with them in the long run.

Do not order though respire au. They are thieves! They will not disclose how expensive their shipping cost are until after you have already clicked submit. Will be telling all my friends and family not to buy anything from these jokers.

I placed an order with this company for the first time. I wanted to know shipping rates however my payment went through without warning me of how expensive the shipping fee was. company again. I feel a customer has the right to cancel an order especially when it was only placed a few minutes beforehand.
