Misleading Advertising – I am sharing this review to warn others about the misleading actions of Revoicer. Here is what I experienced: Misleading Advertising: On January 11, 2024, I bought a "lifetime" Standard subscription, attracted by the offer of over 80 voices and unlimited daily use. However, many voices, including my favourite Bella, are now only available in the Pro version, and there is a monthly character limit. Their website even advertises "No Monthly Fees" for the Standard plan, which is completely false given the new character limit.

Neither my purchase receipt nor the welcome email had any terms and conditions, and there was no mention of them on the login page at that time.

Unreliable Customer Service: When I expressed my concerns, their reply was dismissive and unprofessional, wrongly claiming that their new terms had always existed.

I requested either the service I originally purchased or a refund. They refused both, instead offering a free upgrade to Pro, which I declined. I don't trust a company that doesn't honour its initial promises, and I'm concerned they could change the terms again in the future.
