Richmond Single Swing Gate Automation Kit GTR099

This gate operator was supplied though the gate & fence installer. After a week the operator stopped working. The installer could not work out what the problem was. I contacted Richmond Service & spoke to Kurt who could not have been more helpful. He arranged to have a replacement control box delivered to my home. I expected resistance since I did not buy the operator from a retail store. The change over was simple & the gate has been operating correctly. As I have only had the unit for a short time I cannot comment on the longevity of the gate operator, but the service response is excellent.
