You get what you pay for me – Too slow. Too clunky. Over 7 days to be notified results were ready after a couple of phone calls and half a dozen emails chasing it up. Still can’t results because app doesn’t work. Imedical are more expensive but you get PDF results in a day. I had an issue with my results not showing in the MediRecords app so I filled out the form and submitted it. Within 30 minutes I’d received an email from Teresita with my results attached, and then she went on to fix the issue on the backend so now I have full access to my results in the app. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Good but results need to be compacted to one file – The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the results are segmented and makes it confusing to read. I prefer if all my results were on one file in the medirecord app. It makes it very cluttered when you have multiple results. Convenient and highly recommend – Started using Roidsafe for my blood referrals as it is incredibly easy and convenient. Even though I used to get my blood tests bulk billed and free, the GP would always argue that the markers I wanted to check were not necessary and would never stick to it.
