Was good then just cancelled medication without telling me – Used for a couple of years and good service now they have just cancelled blood pressure medication without telling me - pretty bad service and you can’t contact them have they gone bust

Medication not received and no customer service – No medication received for 2 months. Medication has a specific warning not to be stopped suddenly. I’ve been without for 3 days now and no reply via chat, email or social media. Utterly incompetent.

Order delay, no customer service response – Paid for order on the 1st of March 2023, no response from online portal. Its now 20 days after and still no delivery of my prescription which I've ran out on. The default email fails to send and comes back undeliverable.

Don't deliver and harass your inbox – Both my partner and I have tried Rosemary Health on separate occassions. He is yet to receive his medication after 2 weeks. They are for depression and ADHD which has caused him to become unmedicated and have a harder time at both home and work. I looked at a treatment for my weight, did not like the option provided so I declined to go further.… Read more

I am still continually receiving emails to review & pay for the treatment they offered despite having responded to one of their emails stating I was not interested in continuing and also selecting unsubscribe twice.

They are also texting me with the same "review & pay".

How do I stop rosemary health from harassing me?

All Smiles – Rosemary Health were very patient with me as I described my issue and went through the decision making process. The Doctors and Nurse I dealt with guided me through my options. They did not push anything on me and were genuinely concerned about my health, expected outcomes and follow-up. Now I am all smiles.

I had great experiences for over a year, until now – Placed a medication order on the 26th Feb which was confirmed by the pharmacy on the 27th Feb. It’s the 7th March and the medication is still not out for delivery. I’m now a few days without my medication and experiencing significant withdrawals. I reached out to the team via email and their “medical support” chat - still no response from either and it has been more than 24hr.

the service. I could have gone to my doctor or had a telehealth appointment with them and received medication the same day. As it is, I have had a miserable weekend feeling terrible and have to go to work tomorrow still feeling terrible. Also, not having received any sort of answer is awful service.

Inconsistent – First time I used the service was fantastic and really simple. 6 months later I tried to use it for the exact same medication and was told the medication I'd been taking for the best part of 30 years, that had been supplied by Rosemary 6 months earlier, was suddenly a risk to my health. They also said my smoking was a factor. I haven't smoked in over 16 years. Go home Rosemary, you're drunk!

Getting your health back made easy – its very easy navigating through the site to look for my condition and even medication. They also have video consult (which i never use). I was informed every step of the way of the process. I was surprised of how efficient it is considering its prescription medication. by the medical team. The doctor are very thorough on their clinical notes too. Now I dont have to go to my gp as often! Their prices are obviously marked up, but at the same time there's no extra shipping fee, and given the convenience, i'll stick with them.

The complete opposite of convenience – 1. Pay for medication (close to $400) 2. Wait 5 days and then receive a "Your medication is coming!" email. Get told that the delivery partner, Mediport, will text you on the day of delivery and that you must be home. Receive no estimated delivery period so can't arrange your life around this. Also, why on the day of delivery? Don't you know this… Read more

3. Repeatedly get emails advising you on how to use the medication...except the medication is yet to be delivered.

4. Wait several more days, email customer service. They say 3-5 days for dispatch but this time period has already elapsed.

5. Wait more days. Still no tracking...still no medication. Email customer service (AGAIN) and receive automated response that my email might be responded to in 24-48 hours.

6. Rosemary Health email back, as does nurse, advising that the delivery will be made today (or possibly, tomorrow?) at midday. Still nothing from the courier company.

I can't speak for the medication, but as a service touting convenience, this experience has been highly inconvenient. I totally understand delays but this is just so badly managed. I am cancelling all future orders with this company (the medication I ordered and have yet to receive had 2 more repeats).

Great service - will definitely keep using – Really happy to find my brand of medication on Rosemary as it has only recently come on the market in Aus and seems to be hard to come by. service. I think the first time takes a while but the repeat prescriptions were quick and efficient. The ongoing chat with a nurse to support you in taking your medication is a great idea. Good - sort out the teething problems and you'll be great.

Just started my treatment – Big thank you to the fast response times when I have messaged/emailed. This put me at ease straight away. The Saxenda treated I’ve been taking now for 6 days and had no side effects whatsoever!! Yay. Doesn’t work – Requested a repeat, paid and verified my account but I have yet to receive my prescription. 3 days later received an email asking for another verification, still no prescription and no refund. I ended up going with another online provider and getting my prescription within 10mins.

Wanted . Rosemary App – Being treated for high blood pressure and poor memory. They really need an App for the company. I can never remember the password, and it would be easier to log into. depressed and upset. Then one day I was online and somehow I can across rosemary health services. I thought I wonder if they'll use that diabetic injection I've heard so much àbout so I thought what harm would it do to ask and see how this way of dr services works. Well it was genuinely easy. Although I did have trouble with the verification process which still has issues today. But I was able to verify manually so that was all great. But pretty soon I had spoken to a dr who actually prescribed exactly what I have been trying to get. Ahold of myself. So after a bit of deliberating I decided what could I lose, I should give myself the option to see if it works for me.. well I started at 129.8 kg within the first week I've now weighed in at 26.4 kg which is a 2.5kg loss in the first week. All because I've had my hunger signals knocked out totally. Which was what I was missing from my surgery. So finally my puzzle has completed I've now got absolutely no hunger signals forcing me to be relentlessly snacking all day. From that very first injection I lost my need to snack. That really impressed me immediately. To see such fast result was amazing. I can't wait to reach my goal weight. Which I know I will .soon

Overpriced for mediocre service – With many doctors giving phone appointments these days one would expect a wholly online health service to be more convenient. It's not. The doctors are mediocre, the website is extremely hard to navigate it's almost empty and the delivery is not tracked, not fast, and their service team reply so slowly it's not worth it for the extra money you will be paying.

Great service for time poor people who need their scripts renewed for long time medication – I was impressed with the registration process and having my script renewed and medication sent direct to my door. We ended up in isolation and i urgently needed my meds and this was a perfect way to access them. Show reply

If I could give zero stars I would – My son used this service and was prescribed medication which gave him serious vision problems, have requested several times for it to be cancelled but keeps getting charged, website doesn’t allow him to cancel, several emails sent. Will be taking this further, disgusting service and will never use again!
