The adjuster on the collar covers part of the phone number. When I pointed this out I was told that this is normal. I have bought personalised collars before and the name and number were both clear. So I informed them that I would write a review letting people know that this is possible when you buy one. They wrote back with a thinly veiled threat that they would write negative reviews for my business. They had gone to the trouble of looking me up and finding my business! Beware of this company.
