Good morning, I have place a order had is Unfulfilled. After no communication though email and mobile number is this order going to be filled. Paid thru PayPal and the the phone number of the business is disconnect and nobody reply to email.
Your best bet is to dispute the charge with PayPal. I did with my CC company and the goods finally turned up after months.

Thanks you Ruby Project team. My Glasses arrived today. Going to test them out tomorrow on the water training. I understand why my brother has 3 pairs different colour with interchangeable lenses and script lenses. Cheers Jenni
After suggestions. Placed order 11 October for prescription glasses. Email received instantly advising 10-14 days then express delivery. Over 3 weeks and they won’t answer calls or emails. I can see a lot of reviews advising of the same. Question is, if those that posted, did your items eventually arrive? Do I need to request a refund?
After placing my order I had zero contact from Rudy Project Australia. I even wrote to Rudy Project Italy, who gave me the details of the same guy who appears to have the distribution rights in Australia. I ended up getting a refund through PayPal (and lodging a complaint with consumer affairs). Good luck!
I ordered a Rydon Chromatic kit - nose piece and side arms which I was advised would fit a pair of Magster cycling glasses. The kit arrived in a post and I found that the picture of the nose piece on the web site was different to what was in the kit. I have emailed and phoned and texted only to receive a text message saying they didn't receive my email and could I resend - which I did. Originally order 07Mar23 and its now 18Apr23 with no replies. Agree with some of the previous people saying no service!! But they are really good cycling glasses. My husband has 2 prescription pairs which were recommended by his optometrist.
Good afternoon, I have sent several emails and no response. I returned lenses under the replacement guarantee scheme. I had acknowledgement they were received and replacements were in stock however never received my replacements or any reply to any correspondence since
Not sure why that is keep trying I have had nothing but great service from them
