Fast, Affordable and Reliable – Could not ask for more out of a portable SSD, Samsung have done a really good job with this little unit. It's small but packs a punch and is fast as hell, even quicker than my Intel internal SSD. Overall I was so happy with the performance I ended up purchasing a second one, can't speak highly enough of this product, very happy customer.
Purchased in at Officeworks for $178.
Super fast and sleek – So light, sleek and small. It is so easy to pack in my bag as it's so small. Comes with extra cables with is a bonus. This is such a fast and reliable hard drive!

- +1
Great little USB3.1 (USB-C and USB-A) portable SSD Drive – Things I like: - There has been a significant price drop recently (March 21) as Samsung has released the T7 - The system I am planning to use it on (Raspberry Pi4) only has USB3 Gen1 but it seems to work well. (Some USB3 Gen2 stuff can be ropey on older systems this is not one of them) - They include a USB-A and USB-C cable with a velcro cable tie to keep them neat. - It is small - about the width and height of a credit card and about 1cm thick (74 x 57.3 x 10.5 mm) - It is really light 51g - It is fast (even when using USB Gen1) works about as fast as my Sata/600 SSD drive Samsung Evo 860 (older device). As it is as fast as the fastest drive on my computer I was a bit limited on testing copy speed! - It is low power 4W (0.8A @ 5V) according to box (I haven't measured it yet - but it isn't causing any problems with no additional power supply on my Raspberry Pi!) - Metalic case - Looks good and feels safe to put in your pocket. (Just don't do so with a mobile phone as it may scratch the screen) - It can withstand very rough treatment. - Despite it not being mentioned on the box it installs and runs under most modern versions of Linux including RaspiOs/Rasbian! (Not seen drivers for the Hardware Encryption though)
Room for improvement: - It would be nice to see some Linux drivers for the hardware encryption (Not that I am using it)
