Hi, my screen has all of a sudden gone black and is flashing the Samsung logo. Appears to be attempting to turn on and quickly goes back off. This is on repeat. No amount of unplugging and powering off is working. Please help!!

I have had this model Tv for about 2 and a half years now, and it has developed a big white circle in the bottom left corner now and the screen picture does not come on. i have also noticed that the screen has melted in the corner and warped the housing in this section. there is still audio coming through but no picture, more importantly tough the melting screen. Any suggestions?

hi Sara. yes i do have facebook, once in the page which link should i follow. i tried talking to the online website person, but they are more interested in if the TV is under warranty than the fact this is a manufacturer defect of some sort and the screen has begun melting in that specific corner. i have photo's of this. If there is a direct email i can send it to that would also be great
