Cannot fault the wonderful technician that came today but as for the office staff.. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL. We had a fire 2 weeks ago & neither smoke alarm activated. app. Yesterday received an entry notice stating they would get my keys from real estate & be letting themselves into my house in 3 weeks!!! Between 8-5.30pm! No regard for the law. Apparently company was recently sold to a corporation & all smoke alarms checks/repairs are done via entry notices! Absolutely shameful behaviour.. rang & spoke to a manager yesterday who personally arranged an appointment for today & lovely young man called to say he was ten minutes away.. was quick/clean & efficient. Shame on you Sats.. i am currently undergoing chemo & radiation for breast cancer & the stress you caused me with your unlawful entry notice was uncalled for. You could put my health at risk by entering my home.. i also have pets & no.. i dont want a stranger in my house when no one is home. Absolutely despicable behaviour considering you were a no show for an appointment & were supposed to rectify the issue within 48hrs of being notified neither of your cheap smoke alarms activated during a fire.

on holidays. Even after I advised them by text (twice) and by email and on the phone that I was on holidays and would organise the booking when I was back home, they continued to harass me on a daily basis. This caused me unnecessary stress while I was on leave. The Google review link they sent by text message after they had tested the smoke alarm doesn't exist, and I have been unable to find any other place on the internet where reviews of the organisation exist, except on their website (and, unsurprisingly, all of those are positive 'testimonials'). This organisation is needlessly aggressive and treats tenants badly. The technician, by contrast, was fine. Don't use SATS Smoke Alarm Testing Services.
