Yes we have that problem too, if the blue light is on just gently put it down- it’s charging

Hi,when the machine is in the charger, make sure it is charging properly. You can tell this is happening because the charging light stays on. Sometime you put it in the cradle and it doesn’t engage the charger and you need to jiggle it a bit to get a constant contact.

Hi Peter thanks for reply, i always make sure the blue light is on when i place it into the cradle, and still turns off after 5 seconds and i have to press the button again? we got this vacuum as a christmas present and its only been used handful of times if that.

As mentioned in the earlier post we have received it as a christmas present so asking for a receipt or proof of purchase isnt viable, its surely been purchased of godfrey outlet somewhere, and your just trying to make things harder for customers just like most retailers out there.

My advice to everyone looking at this post is not to purchase this product and then get disappointed! Sauber customer care trying to make things harder for vulnerable customers as you can see. Will escalate this and might get a consumer protection involved and report it with fair trading.

Hi Marwan, For any warranty claims on any products you do need to provide proof of purchase, this is as per the ACCC. Unfortunately, without proof of purchase the machine is unable to be covered. Regards, The Sauber Team

Hi, This machine is charged with a normal 240v outlet plug. Unfortunately this is not able to be converted to recharge on a 12v plug. Regards, The Sauber Team
