Terrible customer service! No support or negotiation when issues come up. Especially in business anything could happen. The WORST experience! NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Scotpac "management" team intimidating, bulling and belittling customer after explaining to them that had a small issue with payment due illness. Scottpac management non negotiable, even after all overdue amounts were paid in full. They use caveats on property (premises or house)to put financial pressure. Caveats can be challenged in court but it is costly! Such a condition in a contract should require madatory independent legal advice for the client! Rubbish contracts in their favour only. Of course lending money is a big business. I should have checked the negative reviews before signing and GET LEGAL ADVICE! Need for business finance hmm... I can think so many other options!
