Extremely convenient and simple – Waiting in medical centres for possibly hours is one of my least favourite things when it is for a new script, so this is a game changer. It can be a bit pricier, but when compared to waiting in surgeries and knowing I will get my script sent straight to my doorstep, I don’t mind paying extra. Show reply

Only one slight problem and that is not enough brands were listed for my particular medication requirement. However, the pharmacist was able to substitute for the brand I prefer so all good.

Great initiative – It is great for those that are on the pill and need a quick and easy refill and don't want to pay to go to a doctor just for it. Only wish I could get the same amount of repeats and it may end up being on par with paying for the doctor if I have to paid for the eligibility review and service fees each time when I could have had a free repeat.

Helpful but took a bit of time to get a reply – The service was very helpful during lockdown. However, it took quite some time to get the script from the doctor. They respond very quickly after I registry and request the script - called on same day to check if it was an urgent prescription - but I had to wait a bit for the script (almost 2 weeks) to arrive via email, nonetheless was helpful. Show details

Wish I Knew This Existed Sooner! – Whilst you do have to pay for the initial consultation- I found the questions to be easily answered and within minutes I was approved and about 1.5 weeks later I have received my scripts in the mail. No worrying about appointments, or waiting rooms. Nice simple service. Would highly recommend to anyone who finds it difficult to get to the doctor for their script refills.
