Terrible Charger – The charger port is unique, trying to be different doesnt work if the quality is poor. Do not waste your money on this low quality harddrive from hell. Buy if you love to lose your files.

Colour on box is misleading – I bought a 2 TB Seagate Backup Plus Slim hard drive a few days ago. And while at Officeworks I was deciding between this one and another that was $18 cheaper. But I went with this one because I liked the blue colour. And was rather disappointed to find that it was pretty much grey. If I had known I would have gone for the cheaper option. I feel mislead and angry. I mean, I know it’s only a colour. But I spent 20 bucks on choosing a nice colour. Only to find out that the plain black of the other ones is nicer anyway. This colour is not only not the colour on the box, but its a horrible colour anyway. So just some advice, ask to see the actual product before you buy it.
