with me for decades too. I finally decided to buy this one, it was an online purchase so I never got to see one before I bought it.

The desk arrived quickly and was extremely well packaged. Building it was easy enough. It's extremely well made and engineered. The PC tower is attached to one of the legs and there is just one power cable for the desk, with the PC getting power by being plugged into the desk itself via a hidden cable conduit with a flip up lid. All cabling is all hidden in this conduit, so it looks neat with just one cable plugged into the wall. The desk has a metal base with a leather overlay and all the components are magnetic, which is brilliant in itself.

The desk has three settings, I use one for standing up and two different sitting heights. It works smoothly. One change for me was no drawers - they were mostly filled with junk but still some drawers are useful. I bought a little 3 draw cabinet that sits under the desk. Problem solved.

I had ordered a fair bit of the extra add on pieces (some of them I didn't need in the end) the total was $1,722 including freight. The base unit was about $1,300. If you spend time at your desk on a PC this desk is the best decision you'll make imo.
