My scooter started failing after about a year of use, indicators staying on and flickering, cruise control stopped working. The amount of hoops you have to jump through to get it looked at by Segway is crazy. Would not recommend. Show details
Terrible customer service – I have bought my scooter at JB hifi and couple of weeks after that the tyre went flat. A simple problem to be fixed, but when I took it back to JB Hifi they told me that I cannot take the scooter to any other scooter shop to be fixed without loosing the warranty, and if I give it back to them it will take in between one or two months until I get… Read more
my scooter back. They gave me the phone number of a Segway maintenance shop in Gold Coast (where I live), but they do not pick up the call and do not call me back to the number I left on the voice mail.
The scooter worked well, but if one day you get a flat tyre or any other sort of problem, be ready for a real nightmare trying to get it fixed. I lost count of how many times I tried to call them in the last two weeks. And, I have already been to JB Hifi two times too.
Amazing service and quality scooters – Alll the products in store are great! Quality refurbished and display model Ninebots, all ready to ride. I ended up buying two and was very satisfied. No issues at all and only 50km recorded on the scooter.

Great value but… – The scooter was in pretty good condition it came well packed and the box looked original with everything included. The only real problem i had with the scooter is the total kms done. It has done 1503kms rode but other than that the scooter performs the same and still has plenty of juice. The tires looked brand new and were perfectly inflated upon delivery. Overall definitely worth the price Show details

Trustworthy, reliable, quality scooters! – Buying a secondhand scooter, I was really cautious about. But this place - what a win! They are the only authorised Segway repairer in WA so I felt like I could trust them to be selling quality scooters (they sell refurbished and pre-owned). The Ninebot Max G30 which I ended up buying had only done 50km and in like new condition. Loving it! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a scooter that won’t break the bank.
I can’t remember not having the Segway Ninebot. I hardly use my car anymore! – I’m in love with my Escooter & very happy to purchase from AI ECOSYSTEM The owner even put the scooter on charge & set it up for me so I could just scoot away into the sunset. Can’t recommend AI ECOSYSTEM enough. Very professional & friendly plus quality products!!

Great little commuter scooter – Great scooter and reasonably stable. Max 25kph is legal anyway so plenty for the commute to work. Build quality good and can't complain about anything really. I don't bother with Bluetooth lockout as only relevant if you're near it. Doesn't stop it being carried off. Show details

good price-quality – almost as good as new, well maintained, parts are complete, tyres in good condition, comes with charger, manual and tools, speed and distance is as described. it fulfils all that was promised.
Good Company – Good company, picked up e scooter quickly, bought the refurbished one which was working fine and good condo just a few scratches but decided to buy a brand new because of how good they all were none which was really good condo, no flaws or nothing, worked perfectly fine, good owners helped a lot and explained a lot about the escooters.
Runs great, great for cruising down to the beach! – Runs perfect, nice and smooth. Everything works perfectly. Would purchase from them again. Looking to purchase accessories in the near future, great customer service and communication. Product is in great condition also.
Great product and even better after sale service – Originally purchased a MAX 30LP from Ai Ecosystems. Unfortunately there was a a factory issue with the scooter straight out of the box. first thing the following day to report the issue. The guys had me bring it back, benched and road tested it, confirmed the issue and offered an replacement. Ended up going with MAX 30P for an extra $90! Could be happier!! Thanks Ai

Fast, Efficient service and product better than expected – I purchased a reconditioned Segway G30 Max. The website was easy to use and the product was confirmed as purchased immediately. I received an email with delivery details as soon as they received the order and was updated regularly as to when it was being delivered. Very efficient service and the product was of a higher standard than I expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Segway.

BE AWARE - Tyres leech yellow oil leaving stains damaging floor surfaces – Terrible product. We bought 2 scooters from JB HI FI at Bundall. Both scooter tyres have leeched yellow oil marks on our brand new carpet, and also in on the floating floor in our motorhome. I found an article online about this problem and want others to know. Don't buy these scooters if you are not prepared to have damage to your flooring. JB HI are not willing to assist with the damage caused by the faulty product they have sold. BE AWARE! Show details
