Yes, I still use mine. Tyres go down after a few months, but just a quick pump to get it to full speed again. Battery still good. Throttle control seems a bit 'twitchy' of late, meaning that there isn't much control for the first 90% of travel, then gives you all teh berries. This is in S mode.

Excellent review on this item Im looking to buy. Im 6ft9 and 97kgs in Central Queensland (Blackwater) so would I still be ok on this machine do you think?

The weight won't be a problem as I'm sure I am now fatter thanks to Christmas and lack of exercise! Your biggest issue will be foot placement. I am 5' 11" and wear a size 11 jogger. I have to stand on it almost like a skateboard. I cannot put both feet inline like a single water-ski if that makes sense. I have both feet at about 45 degrees, so torso twist to face forward. It isn't uncomfortable for me, and have racked up almost 700km on the machine. Daughter has more k's on hers.

I am assuming that your feet will be proportional to your tall body :). If you only have size 9 shoes, ignore above :)
