Very disappointed with the product and service – Bought the watch in December 2018. It broke already in February 2019. Was fixed by seiko in 3 weeks. Broke again in May 2021 and 5 months later is still not fixed. Seiko just stop carrying about their customers. Had a seiko watch before for 20 years and no problems. Now they are stop caring about their products and their customers. Very disappointed, won't buy it again.
