I didn't realise I was ordering through this company (ordered via Kmart). The courier did not attempt delivery of the item ( i was home) and took it to the post office. This was a king size foam matters ao I cant carry it from the post office. Now trying to get a response from them to deliver. Long delays. Do not reccomwnd.

than a month as the smell was so bad in my house. I dismantled it, washed it twice but it still smells. My cats refuse to use it because of the unbearable smell. I had so many communication with Sello, but they want a video. I'm not sure how I would do a video of the smell. The excuses they give now, were never part of the advertising. According to them that pee smell is normal. I bought this on Big W Market place. I will not recommend Sello. They are one of the worse places I have shopped at. I bought a very expensive product that I can not use because of false advertising. They need to be reported to the ACCC as they have so many negative reviews.

A friend of mine who is an electrical appliance repairman took one look at it and said the door was out of the square at the top right side due to the safety switch on the door not closing flat and this is not allowing it to seal shut.
It appears they are very reluctant to refund, repair or exchange and that they really do want me to believe this is normal for this air fryer. They have no care factor for safety. The manuals provided do not mention anything about there being a need to be careful not to scold. I find them very untrustworthy and unwilling to take responsibility for a faulty product no matter the dangers. Be very wary of these sellers they do not have any honesty, pride or dignity and definitely have no care factor for safety.

Great Service, Great Product – We bought the heated dog bed. Our dog loves it. Great service: After 8 months the heat bed stopped working. Sello Products replaced it immediately for us. Dog is very happy again, as are we. Great product and great service.

they were advertising it falsely and would like to swap it out or get a refund (keeping the other 2 litter boxes I got). I thought this would be an easy fix, but the sellers showed no care- saying that the item on my invoice is blue (despite me sending screenshots of the product on the website, as well as within my order confirmation clearly showing the purple litter box). They did this sevral times without acknowledging what I was saying (bot?) and even marked the case as resolved halfway through when it clearly wasn’t. Eventually they said they would refund it but I would have to pay postage since it was “due to change of mind” when it’s clear I have received a product different to what was advertised. Again- the litter box is fine, but it wasn’t worth having to deal with the sellers.
