Seremind

- Moderate Improvement
I bought Seremind to help improve my sleep about three weeks ago. I found that it was helpful for my sleep however during this time, I also developed a weird itchy rash on the inside of my right leg, above the knee. The rash seems to become more itchy and visible about 2 hours after I take a Seremind capsule. Lavender oil can cause skin irritations if contact is external however it seems that lavender oil consumed can also cause dermatitis. This should be put on the product.
Purchased in for $29.95.
- Side Effects: Mild side effects
- Symptom Relief: Moderate Improvement
IT WORKED WONDERS FOR ME – After 5 years of being panic attack free, one was triggered by a work email. As a result of this I suffered heart palpitations, tension headache (where it felt someone was using a hot drill to bore into my temples), sleeplessness, irritability, dry mouth, hyperventilation and nerve endings going beserk on my scalp (feels like a creeping/tightening sensation. After a month of feeling downright awful and helpless I decided to try an over the counter product that I had seen on display at my local pharmacy - Seremind. I took one tablet with dinner and by about 10am the next day I began to feel a very noticeable improvement in all areas of my wellbeing; the palpitations and head creeping sensation subsided dramatically and I lost my anger and started to feel happy again and back in control. I am going to continue to take them for the next few weeks but couldn't be happier with the result..the main ingredient is lavender oil but there is no after taste.
