a weird itchy rash on the inside of my right leg, above the knee. The rash seems to become more itchy and visible about 2 hours after I take a Seremind capsule. Lavender oil can cause skin irritations if contact is external however it seems that lavender oil consumed can also cause dermatitis. This should be put on the product.

use my smart watch and it shows lowering my stress overall after using the device. Don't expect it to has an effect similar to sleep meds. I use it twice a day, once in the morning and once 1 hour before bed. Don't expect magic, but using it consistently, helps you to ground yourself and be calmer. Except for the main part, the rest are not of high quality, so need to be treated cautiously. The consumables (e.g. sponges) are expensive, so assume to pay extra 50$ each year to get these parts.
