Shopbot

Fake prices – Just did a search for a projector. The prices shown were fake and not reflected in the listing on the linked retailer's site. I cannot recommend Shopbot and I now avoid the businesses that use it.

Fake prices and deals – Wanted to buy a Nintendo switch saw a price on shopbot for 199$ to just discover that there is no price such as 199$ on the website they provide. Very misleading.

Wrong prices – The prices shown on website are fake n they misguide to visit that supplier website and they have higher prices. Poor response and so many email they just answering may be not updated but now we manually updated. Don't ever trust.

I also had a problem lost my money aged pensioner taken by penta – In early November I went the to shopbot site and followed through to Penta Group. I bought the printer low price from them ended up at the tribunal with a case against Penta for non delivery and non refund. Since Penta had a shocking recorded reputation Shopbot should have been aware and removed Penta a lot earlier than November 19th. Should have been listening to Penta customers.

High integrity site – Shopbot really helped me when I had a problem with one of the traders their site had directed me to. They kept on the case until the issue was resolved. They showed great concern for me as a customer and a great deal of integrity as an online business. Thank you.  Show reply

I use it all the time to check prices – I do allot of online shopping and I love this site, it is mainly price focused and would be good if they had more shop review, but if I want to check reviews I come to this site or forums. what i really like is their mobile site, I have used it many times in store and just show the sales person the price and start to talk them down from there, thanks guys and keep up the good work mobile site, save money, easy to compare prices  Show reply

Dont use shopbot.com.au for price comparisons!! – After I notified shopbot.com.au of directing customers to the [censored word removed] site penta.com.au they have not replied and so I have been forced to notify any other consumers. Shopbot.com.au needs to rectify this situation as it directed me to the Penta website and now I have been [censored word removed] by Penta Group. Dont use shopbot.com.au for price comparisons!!
